These projects mark a significant step forward in supporting the growing demand for secure, high-performance digital infrastructure across the Northeast region. Totowa, NJ – Setting the Standard for ReliabilityOur Totowa project, which broke ground earlier this year, is quickly taking shape. Structural steel installation is now nearing completion, and major mechanical and electrical components are being positioned to support the facility’s advanced cooling and power systems. Once completed, the Totowa Data Center will provide over 150,000 square feet of critical IT space, engineered for high efficiency and maximum uptime.Furino & Sons teams are working closely with local partners to ensure that all phases remain on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety on site. Orangeburg, NY – Building for the FutureMeanwhile, construction at the Orangeburg Data Center is progressing ahead of plan. Concrete foundations and exterior framing are well underway, and infrastructure for redundant power and fiber connectivity is being installed to support future tenant operations. This 200,000-square-foot facility will play a key role in expanding the region’s data capacity and providing sustainable solutions through energy-efficient design and low-impact construction practices.
